Callen-Lorde provides sensitive, quality health care and related services targeted to New York's LGBTQ+ communities. Callen-Lorde’s history begins in 1969 – about 6 months after Stonewall. Their advocacy have shifted the healthcare efforts for LGBTQ+ people in New York and around the United States.
We had the privilege of executing and designing their 600 person gala, celebrating unity, community, and equal rights healthcare for the years to come. Starting from the branding to the day of event materials, various designed materials allowed guests to successfully navigate through night. From print mailing materials to presentation decks, it was pivotal to remain true to their style guide while introducing new elements that felt celebratory for their work. Callen-Lorde has raised for $800,000 together with the community, an amazing outcome from this unforgettable night.
